How do I get Kia to pay for their manufacturing defeat?

Three door handles have fallen off our 2003 Kia Sedona.Kia will not fix this defeat.Cost to fix three doors is $750.00. Others have had the same problem. How do we get them to admit this is a manufacturing defeat and pay $250.00 per door?
